Implemented two VoIP servers including full dialplan configuration using Asterisk PBX. Configured MRTG (network statistic and analyzer) using SNTP. Setup Linux native network for new facility in Bedford Park, including DHCP server, DNS server, as well as a firewall Installation of surveillance cameras as well as full setup of DVR server to monitor and record footage. Operated Xerox Docucenter printers. Diagnosed and repaired hardware/software issues. Assisted IT administrator on various tasks including updating servers and weekly backups. -

Performed IT audit at InnerWorkings of Chicago. General tech support for Jane Addams Senior Caucus of Chicago. Setup and install workstations on network at Core Logic of Carol Stream, IL. Performed diagnostics and maintenance work at Insight of Hanover Park. Replaced recalled system boards on HP laptops with new boards at Insight. Was the only tech chosen to stay on an extra week to provide repairs to those laptops that were damaged in the system board swap, as well as performing additional quality control on all units to ensure specifications were met. -
